Leif Erickson Park, Duluth
The TCP team was grateful to walk alongside parents in healing. We were honored to sponsor and participate in The Climb in support of Postpartum Support International.
On a beautiful spring morning, providers, families, and friends gathered at Leif Erickson Park for a one-mile walk along the Duluth lakewalk — raising awareness for the mental health of new parents and reminding one another that no one has to climb alone.

Pregnancy, birth, loss, and the postpartum period bring profound joy and, for many parents, profound challenges. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are the most common complication of pregnancy and childbirth, affecting an estimated one in five birthing parents and one in ten partners. Too often, these struggles go unspoken.
The Climb is a chance to walk together, raise awareness, and remind every parent that they are not alone, they are not to blame, and with help they will be well.
Postpartum Support International (PSI) is the world's leading nonprofit dedicated to supporting families experiencing perinatal mental health challenges. PSI provides a free helpline, peer support, provider trainings, and connection to specialized care across the country.
