There are four ways of being in this world: drowning, treading water, swimming and floating. Let's explore the layers of therapy to evolve and grow.
Seeking guidance for a variety of our life dilemmas. Regulation from repeated patterns of emotional distress. Uncovering and healing core beliefs, unprocessed pain and trauma held in the body. Spiritual exploration and soul development supported by scientific research.
I am trained as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and in co-regulating touch to work with the release and resolution of trauma that can be trapped in one's physiology and nervous system. I have been in practice for over 15 years, including private practice, community health, and residential treatment. I've worked with all sorts of teens, couples, families and adult individuals.
I have experience working with numerous issues involving mood, behavior, trauma, relationships, gender/sexuality, and self-concept. My special interests are recovery from religion and dealing with toxic loved ones.
My personality is authentic, respectful and direct, playful and laid back, curious and open to learning and always driving for growth in myself and others.
