We all go through times when life feels a bit too heavy to handle on our own and that's okay. Sometimes, we need someone to walk with us, to help us sort through what's going on, and to figure out what we need to feel a little more grounded. That's where I come in.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I truly believe you know yourself best. My job is to help you explore what's working, what's not, and what might help you feel more like yourself again.
I'm trained in EMDR, which can be really helpful for processing trauma, attachment wounds, or difficult experiences that seem to stick around no matter how hard you try to move past them. I also like to bring in tools from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mindfulness to support people feeling anxious, stuck, or just weighed down by life.
I enjoy working with new and expecting parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and all the changes that come with that chapter can be overwhelming, and you don't have to do it alone.
I try to tailor our work together to what you need most, whether that's learning new coping strategies, diving into past experiences, or just having a safe space to talk things through. I always aim to leave you with something practical and useful after each session, something you can take into your day-to-day life.
If any of this sounds like it might be a fit, I'd love to hear from you. Reaching out is a brave first step, and I'd be honored to be a part of your journey.
