Hi, I'm Lindzi.
Everyone deserves someone in their corner—a steady, authentic source of support. I see my role as walking alongside you on your journey toward feeling and doing better, meeting you where you are so we can figure out together how to support your goals. I believe everyone carries an innate resilience, a capacity to persevere through hard times.
This is my second career. For 26 years, I served our community as a firefighter and EMT — it was a privilege to support people through some of their most difficult moments. I see my work as a therapist in much the same way: showing up to help and support my clients through stressful times.
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, rooted in the belief that clients are the true experts on their own lives. I often incorporate humor into our work — life has its absurd moments, and there's value in laughing at them. At the same time, I create space for the harder emotions, because life doesn't always feel light. I offer a safe space where both can exist.
I work with a wide range of people — first responders, civilians, families, and young people (12+) — supporting them through neurodiversity struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, questions of gender identity and sexuality, and the difficult transitions life can bring.
Outside of work, you'll find me checking out new restaurants, catching local music, hiking the trails, or spending time with friends. I'm also a bit of a house-project enthusiast—jack of all trades, master of none. My house hasn't fallen down yet, so I'll call that a win.
