Ryan Meyer
Therapist
MA, LPCC
Hi, I'm Ryan.
I've spent over 20 years in the helping professions, and during that time, I've learned that real change often starts when we pause, reflect, and begin asking different questions—sometimes the kind that don't fit neatly inside the box.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating that familiar feeling of being stuck. My approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I'm always learning and evolving, seeking the right balance between proven techniques and personalized care that actually fits your life.
My academic background began at the University of Minnesota, where I focused on race relations, equity studies, and social work. I later completed my clinical training in counseling and marriage and family therapy at the Adler Graduate School. In 2013, my work on OCD was published online, offering fresh clinical perspectives and some outside-the-box ideas that hadn't been widely explored before.
If you're looking for a therapist who's empathic, engaged, and ready to help you reconnect with meaning and movement in your life—let's talk. I'd be honored to support in your healing process.
