The wilderness of our lives can feel overwhelming and having a guide alongside can give perspective and support. Think of me as that guide. Together, we will venture into your wilderness, and with the information and insights we gather, we will find our way through and take steps toward your desired life. In therapy I utilize a humanistic lens where Motivational Interviewing is integral to my approach; trusting in our ability to come to our own decisions and recognizing the power in that. I practice cognitive therapies such as CBT and ACT finding it helpful to examine the impact our mental processes have on our actions and emotions. I believe in the influence of story and utilize Narrative Therapy to help structure the meaning we make. I acknowledge the information our bodies provide, taking a somatic approach by exploring an individual's interoceptive wisdom. And alongside it all, I practice with one of my leading guides, nature, believing there is intrinsic knowledge it has to offer. I find meaningful work in guiding a variety of people; working to stay grounded and authentic in how I show up. Whether it's helping you find clarity in your identity, remaining present during life's transitions, managing anxiety and depression or navigating ADHD, my goal is to ask good questions, connect with your humanity and guide you through writing your story.
